Agreement and legal entity
These Terms of Service govern your use of renolist.co and any related services provided by Renolist Inc., Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By using this website you agree to these terms.
Description of services
Renolist Inc. books in-home appointments with homeowners on behalf of remodeling companies, and provides related scheduling, coordination and renovation planning information. We are not a contractor and do not perform renovation work. Any agreement for renovation work is between the homeowner and the remodeling company.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Program description: Renolist Inc. sends non-marketing messages, including replies to inquiries, appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and scheduling updates. Renolist Inc. also operates a separate marketing messaging program about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Marketing messages are only sent to contacts who gave the separate marketing consent.
Message frequency varies.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is collected through an unchecked opt-in checkbox on our contact form at renolist.co/contact, where we collect two separate consents: one for non-marketing messages, and one for marketing messages. Each has its own unchecked checkbox, neither is ever pre-selected, and consent to receive text messages of either kind is not a condition of purchase or of using our services.
User eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, submit our contact form, or consent to receive messages from us.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site lawfully, and not to interfere with its operation, submit false or automated form entries, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site to transmit unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renolist Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, from delayed or undelivered messages, or from work performed by a remodeling company. Pricing guides, calculators and estimates on this site are general information only and are not quotes or binding offers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
