How Renolist works

Renolist is the appointment source you can order from. You set the number, we deliver it, and you only pay for the appointments that sit. Here's the whole process, from our ad to your rep's kitchen table.
    1

    Where homeowners come from

We run and pay for advertising on Facebook and Instagram in your service area. Homeowners who are planning a bathroom or kitchen project answer a few questions about their home and project, then leave their details. You don't spend anything on media.

    2

    How every homeowner is qualified

A form fill on its own isn't an appointment, so our team calls every homeowner before anything is booked. We confirm five things:

    1. They own the home.
    2. It's inside your service area.
    3. The project fits the work you sell.
    4. They want to start within 60 days.
    5. Everyone with a say will be at the appointment.

If any one is a no, we don't book it.

    3

    How appointments are booked

We book into the availability you set, so nothing lands on a calendar that can't take it. Whoever coordinates your appointments is notified right away, and the details from the call land in your Renolist dashboard or straight in your CRM.

Before the appointment, we introduce your company to the homeowner by name, with your reviews and how long you've been in business. We don't promise discounts or special pricing on your behalf. They've booked a free in-home consultation, and your rep walks in with full room to run your own offer. Every homeowner goes to one remodeler. We never share or resell them.

    4

    What you pay for

Qualified sat appointments. Because we fund the advertising up front, you're charged when an appointment is booked. If the homeowner doesn't answer the door, cancels, keeps rescheduling and never sits, or doesn't meet the criteria we agreed on, flag it in your dashboard within 7 days and you get a replacement credit toward your next appointment.

    5

    Choosing your number

We work in 28-day cycles. At the start of each one, you set your appointment target, anywhere from 20 to 500. The easiest way to size it is per rep: five sat appointments a week for each of four reps is 80 a cycle.

We track delivery against your target all cycle and adjust spend in your market to land on it. If a cycle comes in a little over or under, the next one is adjusted to bring it back. Turn it up in your slow season and down when your install schedule is backed up.

    6

    Fitting how you already run

Appointments land in your Renolist dashboard, or straight into LeadPerfection, improveit 360, MarketSharp, Salesforce, JobNimbus, Leap, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or a custom system. Onboarding takes about 20 minutes, and first appointments usually land within one to three days. CRM sync happens on a separate setup call and doesn't hold anything up.

    What it costs

$500 per qualified sat bath appointment (full remodels, walk-in tubs, accessibility) and $650 per qualified sat kitchen appointment (full remodels, cabinet refacing). No retainer, no management fee, no ad spend on your side and no long-term contract. The question isn't whether that's the cheapest appointment you can buy. It's whether the cost per sale fits inside what you're willing to spend to land a job.
