About
Renolist connects homeowners planning a bathroom or kitchen remodel with local remodeling companies. We run and pay for the advertising, our team speaks with every homeowner, and we book a free in-home consultation with one remodeler.
For remodeling companies that sell in the home, Renolist is a source of qualified in-home appointments: bathrooms, kitchens, cabinet refacing, walk-in tubs and accessibility work. Clients set an appointment target for each 28-day cycle, we pace delivery to land on it, and they pay only for appointments that sit.
You can order or plan almost everything in a remodeling company. Materials, crews, hiring. Appointments are the exception. Referrals come when they come, a lead company can sell you volume but can't tell you when it lands, and home shows come a couple of times a year. So most companies plan around whatever shows up.
Renolist started from one question: if we ran a company like yours, what would we need from an outside source of appointments before we'd trust it with our reps' calendars? It came down to four things. Homeowners properly qualified, with everyone who decides at the table. Paying only when the sit actually happens. Choosing how many sits you get, and when. And all of it fitting the way the company already runs.
Homeowners are never shared or resold.
Nothing is booked from a form alone.
Homeowners book a free consultation, and the remodeler runs their own offer.
Remodelers get a replacement credit for any appointment that doesn't sit or doesn't qualify.
