    Remodeler FAQ

What you pay for, how homeowners are qualified, how many appointments you can get, pricing, and how your first cycle works.
What exactly am I paying for?
Qualified sat appointments: the homeowner was there at the scheduled time, met the qualification criteria and sat down with your rep. You're charged when an appointment is booked, because we fund the advertising up front, and one that doesn't sit or doesn't qualify is replaced with a credit. You're not buying leads, form fills or a name and a number.
What if the homeowner doesn't show?
You don't pay for it. If they aren't there, cancel, or keep rescheduling and never sit, flag it in your dashboard within 7 days and you get a replacement credit toward your next appointment.
    How are homeowners qualified?
Our team calls every homeowner and checks five things before anything is booked: they own the home, it's inside your service area, the project fits the work you sell, they want to start within 60 days, and everyone with a say will be at the appointment. If any one is a no, we don't book it. If a booked homeowner turns out to miss any of them, you get a replacement credit.
Where do the appointments come from?
Our own advertising on Facebook and Instagram in your service area, paid for entirely by us. Nothing is bought from other sources, aggregated or recycled. Every homeowner is generated for your market.
Is the homeowner shared with other companies?
No. Every homeowner goes to one remodeler. We never share or resell them.
Do you promise homeowners discounts on my behalf?
No. They've booked a free in-home consultation, and your rep walks in with full room to run your own offer.
How many appointments can you deliver?
Anywhere from 20 to 500 per 28-day cycle. You set the number as your target for each cycle and we pace to it, so volume arrives steadily instead of in bursts and dry spells. Multiple locations run as separate markets, each with its own availability, booking settings, appointment coordinators and reporting, and they can use different CRMs.
How do appointments get onto my reps' calendars?
We book into the availability you set and notify whoever coordinates appointments for that location right away. Appointments land in your Renolist dashboard, and in your CRM if you sync it: LeadPerfection, improveit 360, MarketSharp, Salesforce, JobNimbus, Leap, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or a custom system.
What kinds of projects do you book?
Bath appointments cover full remodels, walk-in tubs and accessibility work. Kitchen appointments cover full remodels and cabinet refacing.
    How much does it cost?
$500 per qualified sat bath appointment and $650 per qualified sat kitchen appointment. No retainer, no management fee, no media spend on your side and no long-term contract. Compare it on cost per sale, not cost per appointment: if your reps close one in three sits, a $500 bath sit works out to $1,500 a sale, which is 10% of a $15,000 job.
    How fast do appointments start?
Onboarding takes about 20 minutes, and first appointments usually land within one to three days. You can also sign now and pick a start date a few weeks out. CRM sync happens on a separate setup call and doesn't hold anything up.
    Am I locked into anything?
No. There's no long-term contract and no retainer. You set a target for each cycle and can raise it, lower it or pause it. If you stop, you owe nothing beyond the qualified sat appointments already delivered.
What happens if my first cycle doesn't work out?
If at the end of your first 28-day cycle you decide Renolist isn't right for your company, you pay only what it cost us to deliver. We show you our ad spend and delivery costs in your market and refund everything above that.
    What happens on the call?
About 45 minutes on your markets, rep count, average ticket and close rate. We work out what volume makes sense and what it would likely cost you per sale. If the numbers don't work, we'll say so. If they do and whoever signs off is on the call, sign-up takes about five minutes at the end.
