Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly: your first and last name, company name, email address, phone number, and anything else you choose to include in the message you submit through our contact form. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device type, browser, pages visited, and the site that referred you.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, schedule calls, send scheduling confirmations and reminders, and provide updates about our service.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, along with analytics tools, to keep the site working correctly and to understand how it is used. Analytics tools may collect information such as pages viewed, time on page, and general location. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
SMS / Text Messaging
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Renolist Inc. collects two separate consents on our contact form: one for non-marketing messages, and a separate one for marketing messages. Each consent has its own unchecked opt-in checkbox. Neither checkbox is ever pre-selected, both are optional, and you can submit the form and use our services without agreeing to either.
If you give the non-marketing consent, we send replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and scheduling updates. Marketing messages, such as special offers, discounts, and service updates, are only sent to contacts who gave the separate marketing consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and to maintain proof of messaging consent. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission, restricted access to submission records, and hosting with reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing hello@renolist.co. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
Our service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
